Works Progress is a Philadelphia-based design and fabrication studio combining traditional craftsmanship with advanced CNC technology to produce custom millwork, furniture, branded environments, and specialty fabrication for commercial, hospitality, retail, and select residential projects. We are typically brought in when the design is highly specific, the details matter, and standard fabrication would compromise the result.

CNC Routing & Digital Fabrication

Our in-house capabilities include 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining, laser cutting and engraving, and digital fabrication for plywood, solid wood, plastics, and select non-ferrous metals.

Small Batch Production Furniture

We produce small batch furniture runs for designers, brands, hospitality spaces, and commercial environments. From prototype refinement to repeatable production, we focus on quality, consistency, and thoughtful fabrication for pieces that need to look sharp and hold up over time.
